For Manufacturers
Twist lets product manufacturers, installers, and service providers build connected products on a shared platform—then deploy, manage, and support them at scale.
This overview is public. Substantive guides and the proprietary platform reference unlock for partner organizations once you have partner access.
What you can do with Twist
- Build connected products — bring your products onto the Twist platform and define how they are controlled and automated.
- Manage your fleet — deploy and operate products across many installations from a single place.
- Integrate — connect Twist to your own systems with the API, custom apps, and integrations.
- Manage identity and access — let your team and customers sign in, including federated sign-on for your organization.
- Analyze performance — understand how deployed products behave in the field.

Request partner access
Partner access is granted to manufacturer, installer, and service organizations working with Twist. With partner access you can read the full set of manufacturer guides, the device model reference, and advanced licensed features.
To request access, contact the Twist team through your usual partner channel or the contact options on the Twist website. We will set up your organization and grant the appropriate access.
Substantive manufacturer guides and the device model reference are part of the partner documentation track and will become available here as that track ships. The Advanced features area is in preview.
